Kajola Dry Port City is located within Kajola Free
Trade Zone (KFTZ) along an existing Railway Corridor,
one of the train stations for the National rail line.
The 2000ha Dry Port City will complement Ogun
State status as a strategic logistics hub in Nigeria.
The Dry Port is intended to be executed under a
Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Project Structure

SEA PORT
Olokola Deep Sea Port is an integral part of the
Olokola Free Trade Zone (OKFTZ), with the deepest
shore in Nigeria and the second deepest in Africa.
OKFTZ is designed to promote local and
international trade, transit trade, export processing,
offshore finance, wharf management, haulage and
other ancillary activities.
The zone is located about 100km east of Lagos, the
commercial centre of Nigeria and right in front of the
new oil and gas deposit discoveries.
Olokola Deep Sea Port is designed to be strictly
Private sector driven
It is conceived as an Integrated Multipurpose
Complex serving predominantly as Oil and Gas logistic
base as well as an Export processing zone.
It is intended to handle Cargoes, Oil & Gas and
other Bulk Liquids.
Immediately hinterland from Olokola are vast
natural resources such as Cocoa, Rubber, Timber,
Palm oil and Solid Minerals to mention a few,
resources that can generate off take interest in the
zone couple with the DSP facility within proximity.
